MECHANIZED COTTON-FIBRE BALING COMPLEX ДК 9138 A
The Complex is specially designed to operate as technological line suitable for cotton fibre processing. The Complex embodies press, hydraulic tamper, horizontal fibre feeder, conveyer for pressed bale removal.
The press is of a double-arm revolving design provided with two turn-over press-boxes and one stationary press-chamber which make it possible to carry out pre-pressing and final pressing of fibre.
Mechanization ensures loading and pre-pressing of fibre in press-boxes, turn-over and fixation of press-boxes, opening of press-chamber after pressing is over, ejection of a bale out of the press and its removal by conveyer.
The press is of a special design to ensure the production of high quality product.
Worthy of emphasis is unturn stationary press-chamber which helps greatly towards safety and operational convenience. It is also effective in manual strapping of a bale with flat strapping or wire ties and makes it possible for the Complex to incorporate automatic system of strapping.
A further advantage of it is to ensure tum-up of wrapping material by bale edges directly in the press instead of manual sewing. Advantage was also taken of the design of press-chamber to arrange belt conveyer to provide mechanized removal of a bale out of the press.
The increasing of average mass of a bale without changing of its geometrical dimensions, the economy in consumption of bagging material as well as easy maintenance of manual strapping operations became possible due to increased capacity of the press.
Press drive is individual pump, without accumulator. Working fluid is hydraulic oil.
