Technique of steelmaking which includes electric arc furnaces with capacity from 12 up to 100 tons, out-of-furnace refinement complex and complex of steel degassing on the basis of mechanical pumps gives opportunity to fabricate forging ingots with weight from 3 up to 360 tons and also castings with weight up to 200 tons in rangefrom low-alloy to corrosion-resistant steel grades.

Due to modernized and up-to-date equipment in steelmaking mill the plant has a list of significant advantages comparing with the same enterprises:
- capability to treat two dimension types of steel teeming ladles with downpour of metal;
- capability to perform double degassing of steel (in the ladle and in the stream during teeming);
- providing strictly specified chemical composition of steel;
- providing precise temperature of steel teeming;
- implementation of microalloying and deep deoxidization of metal in the ladle;
- fabricating wide range of steel (from low-alloy to corrosion-resistant with ultralow content of carbon);

Steel plant consists of department of large-scale casting in caissons, molding shop and flow molding line.
Capacities of steel plant allow fabricating castings from carbon steel, low-alloy and high-alloy steel grades and also from gray and high-duty cast iron.
Steel plant fabricates the following major types of production:
- cases of steam and hydraulic turbines;
- cases of pumping outfit;
- large-size details of press equipment;
- case castings for shutters and taps of oil and gas pipelines of large diameters;
- details for metallurgical and ore-dressing complexes.
We accumulated great experience in fabrication of castings with different degrees of complexity. Owing to the use of modern technological processes, innovative production methods and calculation we have an opportunity to achieve fabrication of castings with high metal density.
Each completed part passes the strictest quality control.
